Who We Are

On Our Own, LLC, was founded in 2018 to help individuals become self-sufficient and independent. The Ticket to Work program will help you accomplish your employment goals. We want to help you succeed in your employment endeavors. We strive to help you achieve your goals, by working one on one with you. We partner with you by offering specialized services tailored to your individual needs.

Our organization is a licensed vendor with the State of Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR). Our mission is to mobilize individuals to become self-sufficient. Our services include the following services to assist you with your employment goals. We provide Career planning, Job Placement, Employment Support, Career Counseling, Supportive Services, Job Retention, Youth in Transition, and working with Veterans. We are certified by Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE).

Entering or re-entering the workforce can be an adjustment. Having a resource to go to for answers to your questions can make this transition easier. We develop an Individualized Work Plan (IWP) along with your input to help you navigate this new journey. We help you stay organized and provide assistance to make this an easy transition.
